About the Job

We're looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Assist with menu planning, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or retail management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
