Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to lead our Digital Marketing Capabilities vertical. As a key member of our Marketing & Franchise Development team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales transformation and innovation across our consumer banking products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital sales transformation roadmap to drive growth and efficiency in our acquisition and post-login channels.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for digital innovation and new capabilities.
  • Partner with US Consumer Technology and Digital teams to develop and refine product roadmaps that accelerate digital cross-sell, drive personalization, and create engaging experiences.
  • Transform operating processes, reporting, and playbooks for ongoing management of critical digital channels.
  • Bring relevant competitive and industry perspectives to inform strategic roadmaps.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services or fintech leading strategy and execution.
  • Deep knowledge of digital sales funnels, Adobe Analytics, digital tagging, and end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Understanding of consumer banking products and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile product roadmap design, data-driven personalization, digital marketing, and collaboration.
  • Strong business judgment, analytical acumen, consumer-centric mindset, and communication skills.
What We Offer

Citigroup Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $144,000 to $216,720.00, as well as discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
