About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Architect I - Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities planning and design team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the enterprise, from renovation and new construction to the recapitalization of existing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts, prepare building programs, and create detailed design plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic planning and support the coordination of all project efforts.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, bringing projects to completion on schedule, budget, and scope.
  • Actively manage program and design intent, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Healthcare Facilities Planning and Design.
  • Registered (licensed) Architect required, with a valid license in one or more states.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suites, and Microsoft Products.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and project management skills.
