The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our successful brigade as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality of pastry products and ensure they meet company standards.
  • Inspect all supplies, equipment, and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Create and develop unique food offerings that showcase SUSHISAMBA's culinary expertise.
  • Train and educate front-of-house staff on pastry-related topics.
  • Maintain exceptional quality of food and adhere to standards of excellence.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Head Pastry Chef or higher.
  • At least 5 years of pastry experience.
  • Experience working with similar cuisine.
  • Excellent English language communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards.
  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
  • Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday.
