About the Role

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a safe and secure environment. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to facilitate a smooth and efficient patient care experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Assist with patient care activities, such as vital sign monitoring and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Medical Terminology course or successful completion of hospital Medical Terminology test within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Completed training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience.
