Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers inquiring about purchases and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and providing contractual information via phone or email.
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify contractual purchase and payment details.
  • Perform administrative and clerical customer care duties.
  • Answer incoming customer calls, patiently and attentively listening to customer concerns and questions.
  • Clearly communicate resolution options and timeframes.
  • Enter customer contact information, issues, and resolutions in software.
  • Provide service that meets service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to billing inquiries, quotes balance, payoff information, and processes paid in full notifications.
  • Accept payments over the telephone and through the mail, complying with privacy and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least two (2) years of customer service experience.
  • Experience using call center phone software a plus.
