About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Safety Manager to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the development, compliance, and certification of food safety plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and implement food safety policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Develop and maintain HACCP plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety, with a strong background in HACCP and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective food safety programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
