We proudly serve a variety of locations including Clear Lake, South Houston, Pasadena, La Porte, Deer Park, Galena Park, Baytown, and nearby regions in Southeast Houston.


Personalized Caseloads:
We tailor our caseloads to reduce travel time between appointments, ensuring efficient service delivery. Our patients range from young children not yet in school to those of school age, with therapy provided in diverse settings such as homes, daycares, and select educational institutions.


Professional Collaboration:
The Speech Language Pathologist collaborates with multiple pediatric home health agencies and maintains strong connections with local pediatricians to enhance patient care.


Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed, bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to deliver speech and language therapy and assist in the evaluation of bilingual clients. The current caseload includes 15-18 patients, translating to 30-36 therapy sessions weekly, with each session lasting 30 minutes. This is a contractual role, with compensation based on a per-visit rate, and the potential to earn over $66,000 annually. A sign-on bonus is also available.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly therapy sessions and assess progress with caregivers.
  • Provide educational support to caregivers during each visit.
  • Complete daily documentation and progress reports as required.
  • Foster positive, professional relationships with families.
  • Engage in bi-weekly meetings with the supervising SLP, either in-person or via virtual platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Current Texas licensure as an SLP Assistant; a Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. We can assist in obtaining licensure hours if necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and dependable transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Recent negative TB test.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

$52,000 - $66,000 annually
