Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of resident care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents' conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to promote optimal communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to ensure residents' goals are met and progress is tracked.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address residents' communication and swallowing needs.
  • Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current and active SLP license or registration in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience working with geriatric patients and in long-term care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
