We cater to a diverse range of locations including Clear Lake, South Houston, Pasadena, La Porte, Deer Park, Galena Park, Baytown, and nearby regions.


Caseload Management:
We prioritize customized caseloads to ensure minimal travel between patient visits. Our clientele includes both non-school-aged children and school-aged individuals, with therapy sessions conducted in various settings such as homes, daycares, and select educational institutions.


Professional Collaboration:
The Speech Language Pathologist collaborates with numerous pediatric home health agencies while maintaining strong relationships with local pediatricians.


Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed, bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to deliver speech and language therapy and assist in the evaluation of bilingual patients. The typical caseload consists of 15-18 patients, translating to 30-36 therapy sessions weekly, with each session lasting 30 minutes. This role is structured as a contract position, with compensation based on a per-visit rate. Professional Liability Insurance will be provided, and there is potential for earnings exceeding $66,000 annually. A sign-on bonus is also available.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly therapy sessions and discuss progress with caregivers.
  • Educate caregivers during each visit.
  • Complete daily documentation and progress reports as required.
  • Foster positive, professional relationships with families.
  • Meet with the supervising SLP twice weekly, either at patient locations or via virtual meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Texas licensure as an SLP Assistant is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required. We can assist in obtaining licensure hours during the hiring process if necessary.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Recent negative TB test.
  • Spanish language skills are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time


Compensation: $52,000 - $66,000 annually
