As a vital member of the Tapestry family, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our assets, employees, and customers across the designated regional market. This position will oversee the implementation of established Asset Protection initiatives across our brands. The role will be based in a central location, with flexibility for other nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations related to theft, fraud, and policy breaches in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Analyze incident reports from retail locations.
  • Monitor inventory for anomalies and maintain minimal shrinkage.
  • Foster partnerships with store management to address theft, policy breaches, and inventory issues, including presenting findings at district meetings.
  • Ensure store management is proficient in utilizing CCTV for monitoring activities.
  • Assist in training new management on Asset Protection best practices and Loss Prevention protocols.
  • Conduct surprise audits of retail locations, compile findings, and communicate compliance trends to enhance awareness.
  • Investigate missing freight and conduct site evaluations of carriers, reporting findings to relevant departments.
  • Ensure that contracted security personnel are well-trained and understand their responsibilities.
  • Build relationships with law enforcement and other retailers to address unusual activities.
  • Review exception reports and utilize various systems for investigative purposes.
  • Promote awareness of security protocols and safety incident responses among store teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection within a multi-store environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Certification in WZ Interviewing/Interrogation is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually.
