As a Part-Time Sales Representative for Stupp Fiber, you will be the face of our company for potential subscribers. Your role involves interacting with residential customers, demonstrating the advantages of our fiber network, and ensuring continuous loyalty to Stupp Fiber.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with new and existing residential customers through door-to-door prospecting, cold calls, local events, and community organizations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive brand image and reputation for Stupp Fiber in the market.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Highlight product features based on customer needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Maintain customer records using automated systems.
  • Plan and participate in activities and events that promote Stupp Fiber products and services, as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information on sales strategies and marketing information.
  • Become an expert in the competitive environment to position Stupp Fiber as the best high-speed internet option for the assigned territory.
  • Maintain a personal phone plan with adequate data capacity and be willing to download required applications.
Requirements:
  • A valid state driver's license and meet the company's standards for operating a company vehicle and a personal vehicle for business purposes.
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to have phone conversations monitored to evaluate performance quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service and personal services, including customer satisfaction evaluation.
  • Ability to:
    • Actively seek ways to help others.

    • Be aware of the reactions of others and understand why they react in a certain way.
