Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers in delivering educational programs and activities to students across K-12 grade levels.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Help prepare and organize instructional materials and resources.
- Support students during classroom activities and transitions, promoting positive behavior and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interactions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address and support students' academic and behavioral needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in education-related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
