KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Ensure a secure environment at Globe Life Field in Arlington.
  • Authenticate credentials to manage access to restricted zones.
  • Monitor and investigate any suspicious behavior, guest complaints, and emergencies.
  • Act promptly to address potential issues such as altercations, disruptive behavior, excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, and inappropriate language.
  • Keep the Parking Coordinator and Parking Security Supervisor informed of all incidents or accidents.
  • Oversee parking areas to ensure the safety and security of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
  • Document all incidents or potential issues occurring within the parking facilities and notify Full Time Security.
  • Assist with post-event operations, including traffic management and clearing parking areas.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Texas Commission of Private Security.
  • Ability to adhere to proper radio communication protocols and successfully complete a golf cart safety examination.
  • Training to operate a golf cart, magnetometer wand, and walk-through metal detector is necessary.
  • Prior experience in security is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to remain composed in stressful situations are crucial.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to endure outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
  • Physical capability to lift, pull, push, and/or carry a minimum of 60 lbs. as required.
  • Physical endurance to walk, run, or stand for extended periods, navigating ramps and stairways for up to 5-8 hours.
