Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our dentists and hygienists with patient care, charting, and instrumentation. Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient care and charting
  • Instrumentation and preparation of treatment rooms
  • Marketing and assisting with Botox and filler patients
  • Answering phones and scheduling patients
  • Performing basic office duties
Requirements
  • Preference for a Certified Dental Assistant or equivalent certification
  • Ability to learn and grow with the practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with dental software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ambition and interest in growth
  • Interest or previous experience in all dental specialties, Botox, and fillers
  • Familiarity with X-ray and CT scan device usage
  • Second language proficiency (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, Chinese, Japanese)
