Product Manager - Live Service Games

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our live-service games for kids. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship games, driving engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the long-term product roadmap, aligning with both short-term business goals and long-term growth strategy.
  • Lead the strategy for ongoing live-service game content updates, events, and promotions to drive player engagement.
  • Partner with data analytics to set and supervise KPIs, user feedback, and market trends, applying insights to advise and adjust the product roadmap, features, and monetization strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, art, engineering, marketing, and community teams to ensure a cohesive player experience and successful product launches.
  • Advocate for a safe, fun, and engaging experience for kids, ensuring that content aligns with our core mission and values.
  • Develop and optimize pricing models for kid-friendly monetization, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards while driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product management experience in mobile games, with at least 3 years working on live-service games, ideally subscription.
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling mobile games, preferably within a kid-focused or family-friendly space.
  • Strong leadership experience with direct reports, managing product managers or similar roles.
  • Experience working within or alongside larger publishers is a plus, especially in navigating cross-studio collaborations and shared resources.
  • Analytical approach with experience using data to drive decisions, optimize live service features, and improve player retention.
  • Solid understanding of mobile game monetization, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Passion for crafting engaging, safe, and fun experiences for kids.
  • Outstanding communication, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
