  • Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives to optimize departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and mutual support.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience with 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Current, valid Arizona RN license and good standing with the AZ Board of Nursing.
  • BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse people and populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting.
  • Knowledge of Windows-based systems and computer applications.
