Pediatric Medical Clinic Operations Manager

Therapy Tree is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Director to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric medical clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's activities, ensuring the highest level of patient care, and leading a team of experienced therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement work standards and team member goals and objectives
- Plan, implement, and assess patient care
- Resolve issues with patients, staff, and suppliers
- Facilitate the smooth flow of clients and patients to ensure minimum patient waiting time
- Direct, implement, and support strategies and action plans for areas of responsibility
- Participate in organizational committees and regular management meetings
- Communicate with the Therapists, Operations Manager, and other staff on a daily basis regarding needs of the office and conducts regular scheduled meetings
- Produces reports for senior management, as needed
- Ensures compliance with local regulations and that professional and support staff properly implement clinical policies and procedures
- Supervises the clinic staff, interviews and hires staff, and reviews staff performance
- Identifies internal/external training needs and provides for staff development
Requirements:
- Must be either a Speech Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist (required)
- Must have experience as a Clinical Director
- Masters or Ph.D degree from an accredited university program
- 5 years management experience or equivalent education and experience
- 5 Years of pediatrics in outpatient or inpatient
