Position Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you represent the hotel and are the initial point of contact for all visitors, ensuring their stay is exceptional. This position is ideal for those new to the hospitality industry, offering significant potential for career advancement.
Position Specifications:
- Expected Compensation: $22.04 per hour
- Shift & Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Experience Level: Entry-Level and Intermediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with guests
- Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage incoming calls
- Address all guest inquiries and needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies
- Perform additional duties as required
Position Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential
- Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
The anticipated pay range for this position is $22.04 per hour. This range reflects the expected compensation for this role, with individual salary decisions based on various factors.
