At OpenText, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Imaging Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Document Capture Services (DCS) team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of production team members in the delivery of customer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team training and perform quality control measures on the work
- Participate in each step of the production process
- Write customer specifications for each new project
- Prep and scan content according to customer specifications
- Verify image quality and readability
- Data entry and review of multiple metadata fields
- Export images and associated metadata fields to a customer
- Train new hires on DCS production processes and projects
- Act as a backup to DCS Supervisors when needed
- Keep accurate records of content being processed
- Perform basic scanner maintenance
- Reach established quota targets for projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading, writing, and math skills to follow written instructions and maintain records
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Comfortable interacting and leading diverse work teams
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds, continuous requirement throughout the shift
- Work in a structured, fast-paced, production-mailroom environment without compromising quality
- Maintain a strong level of performance with minimal supervision
- Prioritization and time management skills
