Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Elgen Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Conduct training programs to establish a common understanding of quality tools and techniques.
  • Monitor and maintain the corrective/preventive action process.
  • Serve as a resource for managers charged with quality implementation.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical technical experience is desired.
  • Possess a working knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality System standard.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the philosophy, principles, and objectives of the total quality process is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at every level of the organization from floor employees to senior management.
