Job Title: Veterinary Group Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Group Practice Manager to join our team at United Veterinary Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our animal clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient care and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of veterinary professionals, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient care.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure the highest level of medical care and client satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in veterinary practice management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our medical team and other stakeholders.
