Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the veterinary practice, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and client satisfaction, including quality improvement initiatives and customer service programs.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care, including developing and implementing treatment plans and monitoring patient outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including financial reports, patient records, and staff performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in veterinary practice management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
