Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of veterinary professionals, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee the financial management of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
- Ensure that all patient care and customer service standards are met, and that patient satisfaction is consistently high.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in veterinary practice management or a related field.
