Procurement Manager

Systematic Business Consulting is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead their supply chain efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of procurement professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of buyers.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of purchasing professionals.
