Position Overview: The Casino Financial Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling financial transactions, including check cashing and credit/debit processing. Shift Requirements: Availability is needed for shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 6 PM to 2:30 AM, and Friday to Saturday, 7 PM to 3:30 PM. This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime, shift coverage, and holiday work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients while accurately processing financial transactions.
  • Maintain accountability for cash transactions and ensure proper management of assigned funds.
  • Assist in the timely preparation and submission of required documentation to headquarters, adhering to established protocols.
  • Support daily operational tasks, including safe counts, equipment inspections, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience: Previous cash handling experience is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using personal computers and MS Office applications, particularly WORD and EXCEL. Familiarity with 10-key operation is an advantage.

Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week. Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
