We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Stepdown team at Delray Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop strategies to promote patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida.
- BSN degree or higher preferred.
- Prior clinical experience in a neuro stepdown setting preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and Basic EKG certifications preferred.
