Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Stepdown team at Delray Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation required for telemetry and higher acuity units.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
