Unit Overview:
Sodexo is on the lookout for a Food Operations Manager 2 to oversee operations at a prestigious airport lounge. The successful candidate will manage all front-of-house (FOH) activities, which include training and developing staff, overseeing payroll, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role will report directly to the General Manager.

Work Schedule:
The work schedule will span from Monday to Sunday, including some weekends and holidays as needed. This position offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package that begins immediately.

  • Supervise and manage all daily operations of hourly employees

  • Develop and execute plans and projects with clear objectives, methods, timelines, and budgets to align with client and Sodexo's strategic goals
  • Ensure compliance with all HR standards for Sodexo, clients, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Basic Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic Management Experience: 2 years
  • Basic Functional Experience: 2 years in food services, including various sectors such as restaurants, catering, and institutional services
