About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at the American Express Centurion Lounge within ATL Airport. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising cooks and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo's HACCP policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training programs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and cash-handling procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
