Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Part-time, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Organize and coordinate tours and meetings.
- Provide front-desk support, including greeting visitors and managing mail.
- Prepare and distribute communications such as letters and memos.
- Assist the Director and Associate Director with administrative tasks.
- Help in compiling regular reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for student records.
- Support staff during breaks and assist with classroom projects.
Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Center Director to implement marketing initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with families and staff.
- Utilize social media for parent engagement.
- Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
- Highlight the center's features during tours.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local childcare options.
- Manage the lead tracking system and customer database.
- Oversee the registration process and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate important information to families.
- Assist in planning events and managing budgets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management; cross-industry experience is valued.
- At least 2 years in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Experience in childcare settings is a plus.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- A genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
