Job Summary

Condair Operations LLC is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to end-users, addressing issues related to the Microsoft 365 suite and standard applications defined by Condair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and secondary level IT support for Condair locations in North America in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software
  • Install and maintain Windows clients, primarily via MS Intune
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access controls across the M365 platform and IT landscape
  • Monitor hardware, software, network availability, and user support requests using Condair's predefined toolsets
  • Advise and support users in corporate projects that have IT-related components, ensuring best practices are followed and projects are in line with Condair global standards
  • Participate in global IT projects, team meetings, including migrations, software rollouts, hardware replenishments, etc.
  • Stay current with technology trends and advancements to recommend upgrades and new systems that will improve organizational efficiency
