Your role will be to interact with our customers in a friendly and productive manner, identify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearThis is a competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience. You can expect to receive additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance supplemented by SI, 401k matching, holiday pay, vacation and sick pay, bonus program, and employee development program.
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, U.S. Citizenship, excellent communication skills, and ability to work on-site at AMARG in Tucson, AZ.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a friendly and productive manner.
- Issue Analysis: Identify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Logistics Planning: Develop and review logistics planning and programming documentation.
- Operational Requirements: Identify non-standard or emerging operational requirements.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze problems created by the incompatibility of future programs and recommend appropriate corrective action.
- Data Analysis: Gather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time frames.
- Meetings and Committees: Participate in various meetings and serve on panels or committees.
- Briefings and Presentations: Prepare and present clear, concise, and well-structured briefings that address the designated issues.
- Data Research: Research and analyze data for current and future workload costs.
- Lean Initiatives: Gather data for lean initiatives or process improvements.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Business Process Mapping: Capability to observe, document, and map business processes.
- Bachelor's Degree: Required
- Microsoft Office Applications: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- U.S. Citizenship: Required
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required for this position.
