Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Master Scheduler to join our team at Leonardo Electronics US Inc.
Job Summary:
The Master Scheduler will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the assigned department or facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a primary point of contact for sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering departments.
- Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve customer needs, internal and external.
- Develops and maintains a Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) through the ERP system.
- Integrates sales orders into the MPS to determine what products to produce, when, and in what quantities.
- Ensures alignment between sales demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity to create a realistic plan.
- Participates in periodic Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) cycle and leads additional planning meetings.
- Manages safety stock levels of critical components and assemblies.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of production and materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in CPIM is a plus.
Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
