Middlesex Savings Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and expectations, and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the accuracy and quality of work, and maintain a high level of technical knowledge of Bank products, services, and technology.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with branch team members to achieve team objectives, and support the branch supervisors in implementing Bank policies and procedures.
- Credibility: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Decision Making: Understand and comply with Bank policies and procedures, and identify potential risks and alert branch supervisors as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Three to six months of banking or retail cash handling experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills; intermediate technology skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds.
