Job Description:

This role will involve guiding end-to-end client involvement, covering opportunity identification, proposal processes, architecture and design, and project delivery. You will assess, recommend, and implement DevOps technology solutions aligned with client business requirements, ensuring a strategic fit and optimal functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Involvement: Guide clients through all stages of the engagement, from identifying opportunities to delivering projects.
  • DevOps Solutions: Assess and implement DevOps technology solutions that meet client business needs.
  • Cloud Adoption: Lead clients towards industry best practices in cloud adoption and innovative business engagements.
  • Process Transparency: Collaborate with client development teams to promote transparency in processes.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop innovative solutions, architectures, proof of concepts, demo/lab environments, and compelling business cases.
  • Project Delivery: Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to provide visibility into project delivery scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams to develop content, including sales collateral, blog posts, podcasts, and live workshops.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual French & English: Bilingualism is an asset in this role.
  • Container and Kubernetes Expertise: Experience designing and setting up a fleet of GKE Enterprise/Anthos Clusters is required.
  • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of container and Kubernetes hardening, emphasizing security best practices is essential.
  • HashiCorp Vault Experience: Experienced in architecting, designing, and implementing HashiCorp Vault Enterprise deployments for secure secret management, access control, and encryption solutions in complex environments.
  • Automation Tools: Experience in troubleshooting, migrating, and developing GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD pipelines is necessary.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
