About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying statistical methods and performing product/process analysis to reduce costs, improve processes, and support company goals.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Cost Reduction: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency and quality by implementing process improvements.
  • Project Planning: Plan and execute projects to support company goals.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to improve processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment with involvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Preferred Skills: Preferred experience in Quality Assurance and Control fields, ability to apply calculus, algebra, and statistical concepts.
