Overview
  The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Lead Behavioral Health Clinician 4 to join its team. This leadership position plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of comprehensive mental health services for adults, adolescents, and older adults in central Ohio.

  Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

  OSU Harding Hospital/East Hospital-Talbot Hall provides the most comprehensive behavioral healthcare services in central Ohio. Our multidisciplinary teams offer evidence-based treatment programs for patients experiencing mental health complaints, including Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Psychosis, Trauma- and Stress-Related Disorders, and Sexual Dysfunction. We also provide specialized programs for Women's Behavioral Health, Addictions, Trauma, and Neurocognitive Disorders.

  Job Summary
  As a Lead Behavioral Health Clinician 4, you will coordinate clinical activities, monitor practice patterns, and assess outcomes to ensure effective service delivery. You will provide diagnostic evaluations, counseling/psychotherapy, and individualized treatment plans to facilitate patient recovery. Your responsibilities will include advocating within the local community, working with clinical teams, maintaining third-party payer relationships, and completing necessary paperwork. We are seeking an experienced professional with a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and an independent Ohio license to practice (LISW, LPCC). A minimum of five years of experience working with patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders is required. Experience and/or training in evidence-based psychotherapy modalities is preferred. Prior leadership and supervisory experience is also desired.

  Key Responsibilities
  * Coordinate clinical activities to achieve effective service delivery
