Clinical Director for Senior Living Communities

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Director to lead our medical teams in senior living communities across the country.
Salary: $300,000 +
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to medical staff in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care facilities.
- Travel to multiple locations for on-site medical coverage and leadership.
- Serve as Interim Medical Director and build relationships with facility staff and administrators.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to address patient care needs and ensure high-quality services.
- Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Complete documentation and billing for services.
- Manage new patient admissions and assist with transition to permanent providers.
- Represent the organization professionally and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.

- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
