About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in providing direction and mentorship to our staff, reinforcing clinical plans and skills through mentorship and role modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to residential staff in implementing behavioral strategies and clinical plans.
  • Reinforce positive behavior and implement creative and corrective procedures to promote growth and development of residents.
  • Aid in training direct care staff in implementation of student plans and serve as a certified trainer for residential staff.
