We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Director to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Residential Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Residence Managers and staff to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve program goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
