Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residential Behavior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to provide direction and mentorship to residential staff, reinforcing clinical plans and skills through mentorship and role modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and mentorship to residential staff relative to behavioral strategies
  • Reinforce clinical plans and skills through mentorship and role modeling
  • Implement creative and corrective procedures to promote growth and development of residents
  • Aid in training direct care staff in implementation of student plans
  • Be a certified trainer for residential staff

Requirements:
