About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of direct work experience in a customer support role, preferably in e-commerce or online sales platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
