Job Summary

The Salesperson will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. They will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Effective Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Education: Associate's degree preferred.
  • Construction Experience: Construction experience preferred.
  • Travel: Must be available for travel.

Working Conditions

  • Indoor/Office Environment: This is an indoor/office work environment.
  • Prolonged Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
