Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the utility industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in education, training, or instructional design preferred
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, training, or instructional design
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and data analysis
  • Experience in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma
  • Ability to facilitate joint union/management assessment teams
