Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Med/Surg department at Lake Granbury Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient care planning and implementation
  • Assessment and documentation of patient status
  • Education and support for patients and families
  • Maintenance of accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in Texas
  • At least 1 year of experience in clinical nursing or completion of an RN residency program
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI training certifications
