Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Nurse - Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Lake Granbury Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Perform various diagnostic tests and administer medications as needed
  • Promote patient independence by teaching patients and families about self-care skills and condition management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's)
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
  • At least 1 year of experience in ICU setting
  • BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire
  • NIHS certification upon hire

Working Hours:

  • Night shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
  • 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
  • Rotating holidays
