Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Med/Surg Department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based patient care utilizing the nursing process
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement safety and infection control measures to prevent harm
  • Continuously educate patients and families on health-related topics
  • Maintain continuity of care by communicating effectively with other departments
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or higher
  • Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
  • One year experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program
  • BCLS & ACLS certification upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Previous experience in Cardiac, Renal, Neuro, and/or telemetry care

The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
