About the Role
As a Weekend RN Manager with SLP Operations, LLC, you will oversee the day-to-day nursing functions of an assigned area. This includes supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and providing nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise other professional and non-professional staff in the delivery of resident care, including scheduling job assignments, developing nursing unit priorities, orienting new staff, and communicating policies.
• Prepare and review medical records and nurse's notes, assessing residents' physical and emotional status, and monitoring resident activity. Provide nursing care according to physician's orders, care plans, established standards, and facility policies.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies, sign, date, and perform all charting and recordkeeping in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families, work cooperatively with other employees, maintain regular attendance, and meet all local health regulations.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred. Physical and sensory requirements include walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages, distinguish smells, tastes, and temperatures, read and write, communicate verbally and in writing with residents, families, personnel, vendors, and consultants, remain calm under stress.

SLP Operations, LLC offers competitive salaries and benefits packages to our employees. The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
