Collision General Manager Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a skilled Collision General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Portland - Woodstock Service Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the center's success by managing risk, developing teammates, monitoring client metrics, and maintaining a high level of production and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates
  • Monitor current financial performance metrics and review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends
  • Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Collision Management experience
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
  • Prior experience with CCC1
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
